Important notice
The financing form is intended to receive financing requests from business owners, investors, companies, institutions, major project owners, and investment groups.
Please complete the form carefully. All requests are reviewed in strict confidence and full privacy by a specialised team.
Minimum financing request amounts:
- 5,000,000 UAE dirhams
- 5,000,000 US dollars
- 5,000,000 euros
- Completing the form takes no more than two minutes.
- This form is intended for serious financing requests only.
- Every request is subject to review and assessment in accordance with internal policies and approved compliance procedures.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee automatic approval of financing.
- There is no fee for submitting a request or for its initial review.
- All data and documents are treated with the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy.
Target categories and eligible requests
The financing form is intended to receive serious requests from business owners, investors, companies, institutions, major project owners, and investment groups.
The minimum financing request amount is:
- AED 5,000,000.
- or USD 5,000,000.
- or EUR 5,000,000.
No guarantee of approval
Submitting a financing request does not mean automatic approval, and does not constitute an agreement, undertaking, or commitment by KIB Financing LLC to provide financing.
All requests are subject to review and assessment in accordance with internal policies, compliance procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Request submission fees
There is no fee for submitting a financing request or for its initial review.
If any fees or obligations arise at a later stage, they must be clarified to the client before the related service begins.
Requests for additional information
KIB Financing LLC reserves the right to request any additional information or documents when needed to complete the review of the request.
An in-person, virtual, or video-call interview may be requested to complete the review of certain applications when necessary.
Acceptance, rejection, or suspension of review
KIB Financing LLC reserves the right to accept, reject, or suspend review of any request based on internal assessment results, without any obligation to provide reasons for the decision.
Applicant responsibility
The applicant undertakes to provide accurate, correct, and complete data, information, and documents.
The applicant is responsible for any incorrect or misleading information, and the company reserves the right to reject any request that includes such information.
Use of data
By using the form, the applicant acknowledges the accuracy of the submitted data and documents and agrees to their use solely for reviewing the financing request and communicating about it, in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
Confidentiality and privacy
All submitted data and documents are treated as strictly confidential and are used only to review the request and communicate about it in accordance with the applicable policies.
Amendments to terms and procedures
KIB Financing LLC reserves the right to update these terms or amend the request form or request-review procedures at any time in accordance with its internal rules and policies.
